How to Use
To make poha with our pre-mix, simply add it to water and cook for a few minutes. You can then add your favorite vegetables and spices to taste. Here is a simple recipe:
- Add one cup of Poha Pre-Mix to two cups of water. Take 250gm flattened rice and water wash it few times.
- Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. now take 250gms soaked flattened rice and add one pouch of pre-mix
- Take a pan and oil and your Add your favorite vegetables (onions and potatoes) and toss it spices to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander & dash of lemon juice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
